Since 2010, I’ve helped small and large companies understand the power of providing relevant, timely, engaging content as a means of marketing to their customers.
I’m the Editorial Director at IMN, which provides powerful digital marketing tools to automotive dealers. IMN’s email newsletter and social media services connect with customers and prospects wherever they are online – email, mobile and social media. Dealerships serious about customer engagement and staying top-of-mind with prospects include IMN’s Loyalty Driver email newsletters in their digital marketing mix.
Working directly with marketing staff from Rolls-Royce, BMW, MINI, Volvo, Jaguar, Hyundai, Kia, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and RAM, I develop an editorial calendar and produce brand compliant copy sent on behalf of over 2,000 dealerships in the United States and Canada.
Zubie is a new on-board, aftermarket telematics system that allows drivers to monitor the condition of their vehicles via a Zubie Key inserted in the on-board diagnostics port, and an app downloaded to their mobile device.
Zubie’s problem was that it had very little in the way of content marketing on its blog. I stepped in to provide regular updates to the blog in December, just before the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show, focusing on relevant topics in the news that related to Zubie’s efforts. I also provided a white paper discussing the merits of Zubie’s “Always On” technology versus reliance on a mobile device.

By All Accounts is a SaaS provider of reconciliation software for the Single- and Multi-Family Office industry, which manages wealth for high net worth families. I wrote a bylined article for By All Accounts for Vice President Mark Wickersham, which appeared in WealthManagement.com, as well as the print version of Trusts & Estates magazine.
